Emotions can be intense, but it’s important to let them out and express them freely. Just like Jean Grey in X-Men, one she learned to let her emotions out, she was able to control her powers. We all have a unique power with us, and our emotions are the source of that power. To learn how to control your emotions, it’s essential to let your feelings out. You can do this by listening to music, journaling, watching an emotional movie, or engaging in any creative activity that allows you to express yourself. Writing, drawing, composing music or poetry, or even writing a script can be great ways to let your emotions out and be your authentic self. As a coach, I can help you learn how to be yourself even when you’re not feeling like yourself. Remember, there’s no one right way to express your emotions, so do what works best for you.
